Detox drink recipies

I have had a lot of people ask me how I am making my detox drinks.
Each drink does different things and some people like different flavors. These drinks are technically flavored water.
Ever since I started drinking these I have been feeling great and loosing weight. I can feel it cleansing my system
I have been using fresh ingredients, like the mint I get from my garden. These will usually last me about 2 days. You can either let them sit overnight or start drinking it as soon as you mix it.



Strawberry mint:

  • 3-4 Strawberries, sliced (the more strawberries the more flavor) 
  • Handful of fresh mint 
  • 1 slice of lemon (optional very delicious)
Put all in your favorite water bottle and shake it real good. 

Apple cinnamon:
  • 6 slices of apples (the juicier the better)
  • 2-3 sticks of cinnamon (add less for less cinnamon taste)
Put all in water bottle and shake

Cucumber fresh:
  • 6-7 slices of cucumber
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 2 slices of lime
  • handful of mint (optional)
Put in bottle and shake.

The works:
  • 3 strawberries
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • handful of fresh mint
Put in bottle and shake. 

Green tea shot:
  • 1 green tea packet or barley tea (mugichiya) - steep in hot water than add to cold water.
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • handful of fresh mint
Add in ice water and shake. 

Lemon berry:
  • 6 raspberries
  • 5 blackberries
  • 5 blueberries
  • 2-3 lemon slices
Put in bottle and shake.

Delicious Orange:

  • 2-3 slices of oranges
  • handful of mint
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 2 strawberries


Watermelon mint:

  • Handful of sliced watermelon
  • handful of mint
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 1 slice of lemon


You can mix and match anything you want. These are just the most popular recipes.
