Buffalo ranch burrito ( Maverik copycat)

I work at a Maverik gas station. They not only have drinks and snacks they have food. Lots and lots. The food is good quality and everything is made from scratch.
This is one of my favorite items on the menu.

What you'll need:

  • Chicken, shredded 1/3 c or more
  • hot sauce 1 tsp
  • ranch 1 Tbsp
  • 1 hash brown patty
  • handful of cheese
  • 10' tortilla
  • tinfoil

What to do:
Set oven at 350 degrees.
Cook chicken, either boil and shred it or cut it up and cook it.
Cook hash browns all the way through.
Place tortilla on piece of tinfoil. Next the hash brown, chicken, ranch, hot sauce and cheese.
Mix them up and roll into a burrito. Roll in tinfoil and place in oven for 10 min or until done.

They were so delicious homemade!!!

DIY: Bottle cap magnets

I am seriously addicted to pinterest. This is where the idea came from.... of coarse.

What you'll need:

  • Bottle caps (any)
  • hot glue
  • craft magnets ( I got mine from wal-mart in the craft isle)
This is what the magnets look
like

What to do:
This is so simple. All you do is fill the back of the cap with hot glue. Now this i learned from trial and error. You fill it up to the rim of the cap wait for it to set, than add a little more. Wait a min or 2 and than add the magnet. The magnet I just cut to where I wanted it. Now wait for it to completely dry and place on fridge.

Awesome right!!! They are so cute!!
Have fun and enjoy this little craft.

Chocolate minty fizzy soda

Me and my friend made this while she was visiting. It tasted so good!!
When we read the ingredients we both were kinda iffy on it. Once we made it and tasted it... WOW!
We didn'

t really follow the recipe. We just poured in what we wanted in the glass. For the chocolate syrup I swirled it around the glass to make it look pretty.
The recipe came from a book my mom gave me called Cherished Chocolate Recipes.

What you'll need:

  • 1/4 c chocolate syrup
  • 1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 2 c carbonated water or cream soda, chilled (we used the cream soda and it was perfect)
  • whipped cream
  • Chocolate mint candies
What to do:
Pour 1 tsp of the chocolate syrup into 4 tall glasses. Add 1/2 c of mint chocolate mint ice cream to each glass. Add 2 more tsp of chocolate syrup to each glass. Slowly pour 1/2 c carbonated water or cream soda into each glass to get the fizz. Add whipped cream to top and garnish with chocolate candies.

Enjoy!!
