What you'll need:
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 2 chicken breast ( or how ever many people you are serving)
- 1 head of broccoli
- garlic salt
I do not take credit for the picture - onion powder
- Parmesan cheese
- any other veggie you want ( asparagus, carrots ect)
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
What to do:
Set oven at 375 and place tin foil on cookie sheet. Cut the spaghetti squash in half. Cover the inside with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on cookie sheet inside down. Put some oil on the top of the squash. Put in oven cook for 10-15 min.
Once time is up take out of oven and place broccoli and any other veggie on one side. Put onion powder, garlic salt, oil, s&p, and Parmesan cheese on top of veggies. Place chicken on the other side, put oil on top. I like to use the chicken seasoning on this or you could use the seasoning you use for the veggies. Cook till chicken is done.
When done scoop out spaghetti squash and cut chicken up. Place in bowl with broccoli and mix up. I like to add more Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
This is so good and healthy I love it.
